Barspins
Description: You throw your bars in a circle, its not too hard, but your knees start to hurt a lot, so i hope u have a cushy seat.
Pre-Requisites: Be able to pop up the front wheel a little bit in a tiny manual.
What You Need: I learned these on my front lawn as with all new flatland tricks, i wanted some cushioning. But otherwise all you need is flat ground.
How-To:
1) Pull up on the front end for a tiny manual and pinch the seat with your knees (your knees are the only thing holding you to your bike in this trick.
2) Throw your bars in a circle with one hand [i throw with my right hand, so translate for lefties.] and prepare your left hand.
3) Catch your bars with the opposite hand that threw them [my left hand catches] and THEN put your throwing hand back on.
4) After you've caught them, you should already be coming down from your manual, just roll away.

You can work barspins into airs by pinching your seat in the air and then barspinning. Its actually easier cause you have more time in the air. This trick is relatively easy on flatland, but when you try and work it into combos of flatland trick that it get hard. And for some reason everyone assumes that if you can do a barspins that you're a good rider... go figure.
