Description: A groundwhip is a tailwhip with your foot in the fork (like an endo) and your bike never is airborne.
Pre-Requisites: Foot jam endos and one footed foot jam endos.
What You Need: Flat ground, and front brakes are definettly reccomended.
How-To:
1) Roll at the same speed you would for a simple endo. And set up so that your endoing foot is on the other side of the frame (in the can-can position if you know what that is).
2) Jam your foot in the fork and push your bike with your foot that's still on the pedal. (NOTE: some people might say to kick the bike instead of pushing it.)
3) Have your neutral foot (the one not on the tire) help you balance yourself out, wait for the bike to get to about 3/4 of the 360 degrees around, then....
4) Pivot slightly to get to the frame easier, and when you're close enough (usually a 7/8 rotation around) grab your frame's top tube with your foot.
5) Since your already in regular foot-jam endo position, bring your foot to the pedal and the one on the top tube to the other pedal, and crank away.
I still can't ge this one 100%, i had to get the trick tip off of a video (Transworld BMX How-To Video) but thats why you get trick tips anyway to improve. This trick is definettly tricky but its really impressive for the ladies. When doing this one, i put a little more weight on top of my tire instead of arms into whipping the bike around to get more balance.
